CHILDREN 'INVISIBLE' IN CHAOS OF MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM
The National Mental Health Association (NMHA) will focus attention on the nation's "invisible children" -- children placed in out-of-state psychiatric facilities -- and the general chaos of children's mental health services, with the release of a new report and an educational conference on Capitol Hill.
