In a special joint April radio address, Gov. Tom Ridge was joined by First Lady Michele Ridge and breast- cancer survivor Alice Sanders to urge Pennsylvanians to "Make Their Mark" against breast and cervical cancer by donating a portion of their state income-tax refunds to research.
