CHANTILLY, Va. -- Contrite over her attempt to smuggle heroin out of Bangladesh, an American woman says her 4 1/2 years in a rat- and roach-infested prison should serve as a cautionary lesson for others.
''Don't take the risk,'' Eliadah ''Lia'' McCord said Wednesday after her arrival at Dulles International Airport with the congressman who helped secure her release.
