As U.S. Rep. Jim Bunning approached the stage amid cheers at the Drawbridge Inn in Ft. Mitchell, his former congressional staffer grabbed the microphone.
''The chairman of the board of the Republican revival in Northern Kentucky . . . Congressman Jim Bunning,'' declared Rick Robinson, who worked for Bunning in Washington and now serves as GOP chairman in Bunning's 4th Congressional District.
