Contrary to "Impressive Oil" (Jan. 24), Colavita extra virgin olive oil is 100 percent Italian olive oil, from olives grown and pressed in Italy. You are correct in pointing out that many olive oils on the market only appear to be Italian in origin, with Italian-sounding brand names. Such brands are merely bottled in Italy with a blend of olive oils from other countries in Europe, Asia ...
