Rita Robisch called 911 for an ambulance Thursday morning, fearing her husband was having a heart attack.
At the Covington police station a few blocks away, a Seventh Street address flashed on a dispatcher's computer screen.
As he is trained to do, veteran dispatcher Dan Haubner checked the address with Mrs. Robisch. No, she replied, she and her husband live on Delmar, a long way from Seventh Street.
With the right address, emergency crews got Raymond Robisch to the hospital in time. He was in fair condition Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital North in Covington.
