A little nuisance. A little business. A little extra paperwork.
That's probably going to be the long-term effect of Kentucky's new concealed-weapons law, according to gun-shop owners and law enforcement officers from surrounding states that have similar laws.
Shop owners aren't planning any exotic vacations on the money from new gun sales. One shop owner says that there may be a jump in sales initially but that in the long run he'll probably make more on gun repairs from first-time owners who drop their weapons.
