NEW YORK, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bank of New York Company, Inc. (NYSE: BK) today announced that it has reached an agreement to transfer its mutual fund shareholder record-keeping operations to American Transtech, a subsidiary of AT&T (NYSE: T).
