DIOGENES SYSTEMS INC. PURSUES MERGER CANDIDATES
LOS ALTOS, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Diogenes Systems Inc. (OTC "Pink Sheets") is actively pursuing a merger candidate through the firm of Skinner-Vaughn & Associates Ltd. of La Jolla, Calif. Diogenes executed an investment banking agreement with Skinner-Vaughn on Dec. 15, 1988, for the purpose of selecting a candidate that would have high growth potential and charisma that will appeal to the financial community. Kim Lorz, chairman of Diogenes has subsequently acquired interest in Skinner- Vaughn.
