KERN RIVER PIPELINE PROJECT AND SOCALGAS REACH HISTORIC SETTLEMENT
TULSA, Okla., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Kern River Gas Transmission Company, a joint venture of units of The Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE: WMB) and Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TGT), have reached agreement on a settlement with Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) which provides for SoCalGas to drop its opposition to the Kern River project.
Under terms of the settlement agreement filed with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) the Kern River line will not only make direct deliveries to enhanced-oil-recovery customers but also will interconnect with the facilities of SoCalGas ...
