LINCOLN FOODSERVICE PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

FORT WAYNE, Ind., May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln Foodservice Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINN) announced today the resignation of Gordon D. Bell, its chairman, president and CEO, effective June 16, 1989. Bell has accepted a position with AmeriMark, a building products company. He will, however, continue to serve as a member of the board of directors of Lincoln.
