POWER COOPERATIVE ENTER INTO AGREEMENT
LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisville Gas and Electric Company (NYSE: LOU) and East Kentucky Power Cooperative have entered into an agreement that will allow the two utilities to routinely exchange electric power.
In 1987, LG&E and East Kentucky agreed to supply power to each other during their peak seasons through the winter of 1994-95.
