Gen. Colin Powell - The former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under the Bush and Clinton administrations is reportedly George W. Bush's choice for Secretary of State. Powell's parents were Jamaican immigrants, but he was raised in New York's South Bronx and has little experience in Latin America. He served briefly as President Ronald Reagan's national security adviser. Powell is 64 years old.
