Apr. 10--NOBLE, Okla.--An unexpected business has sprung up in a log cabin in rural Noble, where cattle graze and an oil well rests in the front yard as the Canadian River curls along the countryside to the south.
The cabin is New York-based RiskMetrics' technology division.
Oklahoma native Ken Parker didn't set out to shock Wall Street. He just wanted to open a technology business in Oklahoma where he could raise his family in a peaceful country setting.
