Some notes from this past week's sporting events:
All right, so I'm not much of a Super Bowl predictor. At least I had Green Bay's score right.
If you think about it, the game was actually much closer than it appeared. If you take two plays away from Green Bay - the long kickoff return and the 80-yard touchdown pass - the game would have tied at 21-21. New England's inability to contain the big play was its only downfall. Hats off to the Patriots for keeping it close.
