CHESAPEAKE -- Robert Lewis Morris, 72, died Jan. 8, 1997, in a local hospital.

Born in Pearisburg, Va., he was a retired plasterer and maintenance worker and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Viola S. Morris; a daughter, Saberina Scalmato of Virginia Beach; a son, Michael Lewis Morris of Chesapeake; four brothers, Theodore Morris, Charles H. Morris Jr., both of Salem, Va., William Morris of Pulaski, ...
