NORFOLK -- A bank security camera caught the image of a man police said robbed a branch of Life Savings Bank on Tuesday.
The robbery, at a branch in the 2300 block of East Little Creek Road, occurred about 10 a.m. Police said a man entered the bank and handed a note to a teller demanding cash and implying that he had a weapon.
