NORFOLK -- If George Shinn brings a National Hockey League franchise to Hampton Roads, he says he'll let ``the community'' name the team.
No, he's not going to change the Rhinos moniker. He says that's staying, assuming he's granted an expansion team by the NHL.
But during an hour-long telethon to sell season tickets and luxury suites on WTKR Thursday, he said he'll hold a referendum to decide whether the Rhinos will go by Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Tidewater or Virginia.
