Apr. 12--Major delays are continuing to plague the railways six months after the Hatfield crash, with one in three commuter services running late on many routes.
Almost half of WAGN's rush-hour trains are late while South West Trains, Thameslink, Connex and First Great Eastern are only operating two out of three peak services on time.
The Strategic Rail Authority's latest performance figures reveal that the emergency speed restrictions imposed after October's derailment are still preventing the long-delayed return to normality.
