PEACE, more than ever, has stayed elusive to most people. Peace talks, for the longest time has remained talks, and no lasting peace has taken effect. But we, Filipinos, are not the only ones who long for peace. The whole world is still a place of mounting unrest. From 1500 B.C. to 850 A.D. alone, there were 7,500 ''covenants'' agreed on among nations with the hope of bringing peace, but no covenant lasted longer than two years!
Against this backdrop, the Lord Jesus Christ offers peace.
