NEW JERSEY GUARD TO ASSIST U.S. CUSTOMS IN DRUG INTERDICTION
NEWARK, N.J., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Customs inspectors will welcome the assistance of 15 members of the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard in searching for illegal drugs in containerized cargo at Port Elizabeth/Port Newark, beginning today.
Port Newark is one of the world's largest container ship capitals, clearing over one million containers a year.
