Demonstrating a continued commitment to the ongoing retail renaissance of the Herald Square area of Manhattan, Gap has completed a long-term renewal for over 70,000 SF of space at the base of Herald Towers, on the southeast corner of 34th Street and Sixth Avenue. Joseph Jerome and Raymond Chalme, principals of JEMB Realty, owners of the property, made the announcement.
