AS SPECIAL ADVISOR TO ITS SUNBEAM CORPORATION SUBSIDIARY
PITTSBURGH, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegheny International, Inc. (AI) (NYSE: AG) today announced its intention to hire James D. Milligan as a special advisor to its Sunbeam Corporation subsidiary for a three-month period.
AI said it wished to secure the expertise of Mr. Milligan to advise it in developing a business plan in connection with the reorganization of Sunbeam Corporation and to assist in presenting that business plan to potential financing sources in efforts to fund the Sunbeam plan of reorganization.
