SELIGMAN INCOME FUND TO PAY SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Seligman Income Fund, the income mutual fund of the Seligman Group, have declared a second quarter dividend of 25 cents per share, payable June 16 to shareholders of record June 8. Shares of Seligman Income Fund will be offered "ex- dividend" on June 9, 1989.

This dividend brings payments for the first six months of 1989 to 50 cents per share. The dividend is the fund's 169th consecutive quarterly payment.
