Dana Dickson of Fort Worth, Texas, requested the recipe for Luby's cafeteria's butternut brownie pie. Here's that recipe, a variation of the popular pie made with saltine crackers.
Another reader requested the recipe for the restaurant chain's baked whitefish. Do not call me in alarm _ the nutritional numbers are correct. You can cut some of the fat and calories by using reduced-fat mayonnaise, but don't use fat-free mayonnaise. In addition, it wouldn't hurt the moistness of the fish to cut the amount of mayonnaise used on each fillet.
