Apr. 17--It's not the commute to the new Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises headquarters in downtown Wilkes-Barre that bothers employee Constance S. Kemmerer of Dallas.
It's the short walk at 6:30 a.m. from her car to her new office in the Wilkes-Barre Center that worries her.
"Where am I going to park?," Kemmerer asked. "If I have to walk any distance, I'm going to be worried because of the rapes and robberies and all we see in the paper and on the news."
