METALL MINING FILES PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS FOR PUBLIC OFFERING
OF SUBORDINATED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES
TORONTO, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Metall Mining Corporation announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with Canadian securities authorities for a public offering of subordinated convertible debentures. The debentures will be convertible into common shares of the corporation. The size of the offering and the conversion rate will be determined based on market conditions at the time of final pricing.
