David Mollicone is not for those who think one lunch is just like another. For him, cooking and the creation of new cuisine are not only a form of art but an exciting evolution.
Mollicone is one of the youngest Three Michelin Star chefs around and he has had the distinction since 1995 when he first joined Italie Albereta, one of just a few Three Michelin Star restaurants in Italy.
And when you look at his resume, which resembles a list of the finest restaurants around the world, it is difficult to believe that he is just 33 years of age although he did start early when he was just 14.
