OF STEELMAKERS' VRA SHIELD
CHICAGO, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Material Handling Industry of America Roundtable is calling upon President Bush and Congress to investigate the role Voluntary Restraint Agreements have played in the latest round of price increases and shortages.
