Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) today announced that Atlantic Technology, Ltd., a semiconductor assembly and test facility, has received its fifth Catalyst Test System with Microwave6000(TM) instrumentation. The systems will test Bluetooth(TM), DECT and GPS devices. All of the Catalyst systems will be utilized at Atlantic Technology's headquarters in Crumlin, Wales, UK.
The systems, installed over approximately a one-year period, represent the largest installed base of Teradyne Catalyst test systems with Microwave6000(TM) instrumentation at any European subcontractor. Catalyst, ...
