Apr. 19--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--Smile as you pay those bills. They could be bigger -- and they are in a lot of places.
The city kept looking better and better last year to folks who count costs.
Twin Falls consumers paid more for transportation and for certain goods and services than the national average. But the local housing-cost comparison improved, and low utility prices helped push the city's cost of living down to more than six percentage points below the national average in fourth quarter 2000.
That's according to the cost-of-living ...
