Banco Santander Chile recently signed a European Medium Term Note Program for an amount of US$300 million. Under this program the Bank will be able to issue debt instruments in the European and U.S. markets (option 144a) financial instruments in a wide variety of currencies and maturities with fixed or floating rates. The program also allows the Bank to issue subordinated and senior bonds, as well as certificates of deposit. This program will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
