IN A RECENT HEADSTRONG opinion we discussed business ecosystems and the fact that within Financial institutions it was imperative to took at digital, initiatives holistically. In particular we talked about the need to integrate projects - whether they be related to establishing digitally enabled channels, CRM initiatives, leveraging digital intelligence as well, as the need to integrate with (often times ERP) backbones.
