Apr. 22--CATCHING UP WITH CONTRACTOR WHO LEFT CUSTOMERS FUMING: In October, I wrote a column about a Jamaica Plain home improvement contractor named Joseph S. Ludvigsen who had taken money from several customers in Needham and never completed the work on their homes.
My research indicated Ludvigsen had left a long trail of complaints, fines, and disciplinary actions at two companies. The first company's registration was revoked in 1998. The second, Nordic General Contractors, had its registration suspended last June.
