The International Franchise Association (IFA) Educational Foundation announced recently that it will establish a Diversity Training Institute, which will be supported by The Coca-Cola Company. The purpose of the Institute will be to provide a permanent framework for fostering diversity awareness and providing training for franchise executives and franchisees, according to foundation Chair Sid Feltenstein, chairman and CEO of Yorkshire Global Restaurants (A&W, Long John Silver's).
