CHUCK CHALFANT, PRESIdent & CEO of Space Photonics Inc. in Fayetteville, is not quite to the point where he's seeking venture capitalists like the 10 who recently supplied Virtual Satellite Corp. in Fayetteville with $3 million.
But Chalfant said he does plan to look for "angel" investor assistance in the future.
