BATON ROUGE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2001

A class action was filed against California Amplifier Inc. (Nasdaq:CAMP) on behalf of shareholders, accusing the company of stock fraud, the law firm of LeBlanc & Waddell LLC announced.

The class action, captioned Brock v. California Amplifier Inc., seeks damages under federal securities laws for all investors who bought California Amplifier stock between April 6, 2000 and March 28, 2001 (the "Class Period"). It was filed in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
