May 1--CORRECTING MORTGAGE MISTAKE COSTS MONEY AND TIME: In March 1999, I secured a fixed rate mortgage on my home with Key Bank. The problem is that all this time, Key Bank has been charging me for a variable rate mortgage that continues to go up.
I've made numerous calls to Key Bank to straighten this out and have gotten nowhere. I've been in and out of one of the local branches twice, sent faxes and left messages, but nothing has happened.
I have all the supporting documents.
