DRS Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:DRS) announced today that it has received a new contract from the U.S. Navy to produce AN/SPS-67(V)3 Surface Search Radar Systems for installation on surface ships and provide associated technical support services.
The AN/SPS-67 radar systems produced under this contract will be deployed on board the Navy's DDG-51 Aegis class combatants, the most technologically advanced in the U.S. surface fleet.
