LG Electronics, the Korean consumer electronics & electrical appliances manufacturer which started operating in Argentina at the beginning of this year, plans to manufacture products in Tierra del Fuego soon. The company did not say which is the line to be produced and which plant will be chosen for the production. At the moment, there are only two plants in Tierra del Fuego which produce for third parties: Philco's and Newsan's. Meanwhile, LG will import all the products traded in the country from Brazil and Korea.
