American Lawyer Media (New York) has acquired the assets of Haslam Publications (San Diego, CA), a publisher of jury verdict and settlement research data, from company founder Mark Easlam. No terms were given.
Established in 1989, Haslam produces six research-related publications dealing with information on civil trials and verdicts, jury awards and out-of-court settlements, as well as related research and trend data and listings of expert witnesses.
