SYNTHETIC RIFLE STOCKS CAPTURE LARGE MARKET Never in the history of firearms has any accessory gained widespread acceptance as quickly as have synthetic stocks.
Think about it. The closest thing we have to universal acceptance is scopes. Yet, it took more than 45 years before rifle scopes achieved this status.
While synthetic stocks have not reached that level, yet, they come close. And it's only been about 15 years since they were introduced. Initially, they were a closely held secret of benchrest shooters and metallic silhouette competitors,who found that while they were as ugly as homemade sin, they helped performance.
