Polaroid knew its target audience when it developed the PhotoMAX MP3 Digital Camera. The combined digital camera and MP3 audio player is for wired young consumers: those who want to download music, take pictures, e-mail images or post them on the Web.
The idea sure clicked with my two teen nieces. The 16-year-old was able to program the camera and snap some pictures without cracking open the instruction book. I found operation nearly as simple later on.
The camera is translucent blue. It has a maximum resolution of 640 X 480 pixels, plus a full-color LCD that allows you to check how your images turned out before deciding whether to keep them. Downloading ...
