VitalCom Inc. (Nasdaq: VCOM) today announced that it has signed an agreement with the 880-bed New York Weill Cornell Medical Center (NYWCC) for the implementation of the PatientNet(TM) system, including a three-year software service and support agreement. Upon implementation, NYWCC will have the capacity to monitor 128 patients across two buildings spanning the mile-wide campus. Further, using PatientBrowser(TM) technology, physicians from the hospital will be able to access real-time vital sign information from remote locations via a secure Internet connection.
