Noteboom Insurance and Snapper Shuler Kenner (SSK) Insurance, both located in Lynden, will merge May 1.
The new company will be named SSK Insurance, with Noteboom Insurance owner Joel Kok moving himself and his three employees to the SSK facility on 501 Front St. in Lynden.
