Australian low-cost carrier Impulse Airlines has announced that it will cease to operate scheduled air services under its own name and will instead enter into a long-term commercial relationship with Qantas, a major Australian airline.

Under the agreement with Qantas, Impulse Airlines will contract out to Qantas its eight Boeing 717 and 13 Beechcraft 1900D aircraft, including pilots and cabin crew.
