A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Reports of colonic adenocarcinoma with germ cell elements are rare. To date, only 9 cases, to our knowledge, have been reported in the English-language literature.[1-9] Eight cases were choriocarcinoma in combination with adenocarcinoma, one of which also had yolk sac tumor elements.
