May 4--Somebody must have been saving up for a rainy day.
On Thursday, the rains came, paying big dividends for Baca Elementary School, where Gov. Bill Owens unveiled 25 refurbished computers purchased with donations.
Money to buy the computers was raised by local education activist Ray Aguilera and others.
Aguilera would not divulge the sum donated to purchase the machines nor the donors' identities, per their request.
