The motto on their black T-shirts (above) proclaimed the semi-official end of Origin Systems. Ex-employees lit a bonfire of aborted plans with three torches shaped like the cube, sphere and pyramid of Electronic Arts, their corporate owner (below).

Last Thursday, ex-employees burned down Origin Systems Inc.
