TWO SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCIES FROM SINGLE IN VITRO PROCEDURE
It sounds like something out of a supermarket tabloid--"Woman Gives Birth to Triplets 21 Months Apart." Yet that's exactly what happened to Jane Mohr, 38, of Manhattan Beach Calif., when she gave birth November 29, 1988 to two daughters nearly two years after the birth of her son, Cooper Patrick Mohr. Cooper and his sisters, Mollie McKenna and Hannah Christina Mohr, are the nation's first set of triplets born 21 months apart due to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and long-term embryo storage.
